BY LAURA ERICKSON

July 7, 2005--Today I just spotted three of the babies, and both parents. The father was squawking up a storm on the corner of the hotel. The mother was across Superior Street on a huge chimney. One female and the male fledgling were feeding together on a ledge of the hotel. Another female was in the corner of the building resting. No sign from my vantage point of the fourth baby. The falcons made the MOU hotline today--Dave Benson recommends watching them from the Hacienda del Sol restaurant--they have outdoor seating. When I'm watching them from the parking lot, several people have asked about them, and seem delighted to get a look through the scope.

Female was on a chimney across Superior St. from the hotel. The male was on the corner of the hotel. This shows a pretty good size comparison between the smaller male on the right and the larger female on the left.
They were eating what was either a white pigeon or a gull. The other female I could find was perched in the corner. One last look at the adult female on the chimney.
